Our security team is dedicated to improving the security of our service. All our staff have to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement prior to joining the team.
Transcribear partners with Microsoft (for automatic transcription) and Google (for dictation), two global industrial leaders for API services to ensure data privacy and confidentiality. To understand their data policies, please see

Transcribear utilizes an Intrusion Detection System and a firewall for detection and remediation of malicious activities. We also use an access control list for preventing no unauthorized access to the system. In addition, Transcribear collects audit logs to provide documentary evidence of any activities in our system.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS, and all data at rest is encrypted via AES-256. You can see our report
here. We regularly back up our system and test our recovery procedures in case of unexpected incidents.
We develop our application following the best security practices. This includes regular training of our software engineers, regular review of our source code for common vulnerabilities, and regular update of software libraries our application relies on.
